Caretaker’s lodges and porter’s boxes

The construction containers we make have walls featuring interchangeable wall panels: a technology which enables the quick and easy changing of individual panels or using different ones, e.g. custom. This is the method for building a porter’s box on the steel frame of a standard office container. One of the panels is fitted with a small, low situated window. If 360-degree visibility is required, the modular design enables an easy increase in the number of windows.
 

Such a porter’s box is ideal for porters or security personnel at squares, buildings or controllers at the entrances and exits of car parks, etc. The porter’s box is available in two standard sizes – 20’ and 10’ without or with the sanitary facilities. In the latter case, in the container there is a separate room with a toilet, washbasin and water and sewerage system. Warm water is provided by a small, pass-through heater. A porter’s box with such facilities is necessary for security personnel where they cannot access sanitary facilities inside the buildings they secure or when such facilities are simply unavailable.
 

A porter’s box is fitted with a complete electrical system – lighting, switches and sockets as well as electric heating. A robust frame used in the containers guarantees proper rigidity and durability of the structure. That means that a porter’s box can be transported to different locations many times without damage to its structure. Lot production of containers and porter’s boxes, which are in fact a modified containers, guarantees high standard and precision of workmanship that make possible a very long life of a porter’s box.

Dimensions for a single module: L=6058 mm, W=2438 mm, H=2500 mm, (Hz [optional height]=2800 mm)
Structure: welded floor frame, flat roof and pillars situated the corners of the module and the components of the structure are painted with RAL 5010 (blue) anticorrosive coats or (or another colour after consultation with the client); water is drained using PVC gutters inside the corner pillars.
